In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTIES and FUNCTIONS policy.
In consideration to our neighbours we request all guest keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area ‘quiet time’ From 10pm to 8am
This house rarely accept bookings from groups of young men due to our very strict no party policy. We simply don’t allow parties at this luxury property.
We have a much better house more suited for such groups as it doesn’t have neighbours nearby to annoy or a yacht that’s suitable for such events.
As this is a luxury home we may require additional credit card security before check in for damages and to reduce the likelihood of an unauthorised party occurring at the premises.
Although check in is not to 3pm, you can drop your bags off anytime after 12pm if you arrive early and the cleaners can also confirm then if they’ll be finished before 3pm to let you check in earlier
